I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA Board of Behavioral Sciences #132859) based in Santa Cruz, California. My approach to therapy has grown from a passion for health and a meaningful connection to nature. While I draw from several therapeutic modalities, empathy and authenticity are at the core of my work.

I strive to cultivate a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for clients. I am committed to ongoing education and self-reflection in order to better understand the diverse identities, lived experiences, and perspectives of those I serve. Collaboration and advocacy are central to my practice, and I work alongside clients to recognize and address systemic barriers that may impact their mental health and overall well-being.

By integrating mindfulness-based practices, relational therapy, and EMDR, I support clients in developing tools and strategies to navigate both their internal experiences and external environments with greater ease and resilience. My goal is to help individuals create lives that feel more connected, fulfilling, and aligned with their values and aspirations.

I received my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychotherapies from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Carpinteria, California.
