How Do you Work?
Sessions are primarily online, with limited in-person availability. Therapy is a collaborative process focused on building self-awareness, emotional insight, and practical coping tools. Early sessions emphasize safety and goal-setting, and I may incorporate gentle attention to physical sensations as part of understanding your experiences. All interventions are tailored to your needs and comfort level.
How many sessions will i need to attend?
Therapy differs based on the needs of the individual. We will meet for as many sessions as we both decide are necessary to meet your goals.
How Long is a session?
Sessions are 50 minutes long.
Do you accept insurance?
I accept Blue Shield, Central Coast Alliance for Health (Medi-Cal), and Carelon Behavioral Health.
What are your fees?
Please contact me directly to discuss pricing. I do offer a sliding scale on a limited basis.
what is your cancellation policy?
I require 24 hours in advance to change or cancel a session, otherwise you will be billed in full.
